Both mods at Gyroslab have scanlated comics, although lately, it's been mostly Mod Bulb. Upon inspection of the comics, it appears that most of them revolve around PK, Fethry, Gyro, or Fantomius and every single one of them originated in Italy. However, there is no set theme to the scanlations, the mods just kinda do what they want when they feel like it (now more than ever).
Side note, Mod Bulb doesn't really know Italian, she's trying her best. Mod Fenton knows Spanish and is also trying their best.
